ABOUT US

Service roots. Construction discipline.

Williams Electric & HVAC started in service work and grew job by job into a commercial and industrial electrical contractor. The same discipline that kept service customers coming back now runs fire stations, schools, and manufacturing plants across North Texas.

HOW WE RUN

The work moves as one operation.

The service discipline that shaped Williams Electric & HVAC now carries through one operating system from estimating and preconstruction to field execution, turnover, and ongoing service.

Own the outcome

Scope ownership starts before mobilization and continues through turnover. Estimating, project management, field supervision, and service stay accountable to the same plan instead of passing issues between departments.

Solve it early

Drawings, alternates, constructability, long-lead material, and trade interfaces are reviewed before they reach the field. RFIs, submittals, procurement, and coordination stay documented so crews can install against current information.

Protect the crew

Pre-task planning, direct supervision, and stop-work authority are part of daily execution. That discipline carries from planning through closeout.

Two offices, one operating team.

PROSPER + SPRINGTOWN, TX

Both offices support electrical construction, service, and project coordination across North Texas. Construction and service run as one company, keeping field leadership, project information, and customer response connected from preconstruction through turnover and ongoing service.

SAFETY

EMR 0.95

An experience modification rate of 0.95 means our insurance rates our safety record better than the industry baseline. That number is the product of daily jobsite discipline — pre-task planning, supervision, and crews empowered to stop work.
