HOW WE RUN IT

Self-performed electrical work stays under direct supervision and aligned to the project schedule from preconstruction through turnover. An extensive collection of company-owned tools and equipment helps crews mobilize quickly and reduces reliance on rental availability. Planning, field coordination, installation, quality, and closeout remain accountable to one team.

DESIGN-BUILD

Bring us the concept.

Budget development from concept-level documents, constructability and alternates input before release, and database-driven estimating that holds up as the design matures.

POWER INFRASTRUCTURE

Power distribution

Service, distribution, transformers and switchgear, generator and standby power system installation, equipment power, and site power, coordinated as a complete electrical system and carried through planning, procurement, installation, quality, and turnover.

HOW WE RUN IT

Power infrastructure is coordinated as a complete electrical system — service, distribution, switchgear, generator and standby power systems, equipment power, and site power carried through planning, procurement, installation, quality, and turnover. Self-performed work and direct supervision keep interfaces and long-lead decisions accountable to one team.

Run your way, documented our way.

Estimates are built in Trimble Accubid — database-driven pricing that turns around alternates and value engineering fast.

We run our projects in Procore — RFIs, submittals, drawings, daily logs, and closeout documented in real time and our teams work daily inside GC platforms, including Trimble ProjectSight.

Material procurement is tracked digitally from buyout through delivery, so long-lead items are flagged before they threaten the schedule.

01

Preconstruction

Review scope, drawings, alternates, constructability, and schedule requirements before release.

02

Planning & Procurement

Align manpower, long-lead materials, submittals, and site logistics with the project sequence.

03

Field Coordination

Coordinate pathways, equipment interfaces, inspections, and trade access before installation.

04

Installation & Quality

Execute to milestones with disciplined supervision, quality checks, and clear issue tracking.

05

Turnover & Service

Close punch work, organize turnover requirements, and remain available for ongoing service.
