We require complete digital plans and specifications. Providing a full set ensures accurate estimating and prevents the need for broad budget ranges that can lead to unforeseen costs during construction.

What is your typical commercial project scope and size?

We focus exclusively on commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors. Our typical scopes range from specialized interior tenant finish-outs of $50k+ to large-scale, multi-million dollar ground-up developments and manufacturing facility build-outs.

How early should we engage your team for preconstruction?

We recommend engaging our estimating team during the design or schematic phase, at least 4 to 6 weeks before your target bid date. Early involvement allows for more effective value engineering and secures procurement for long-lead gear items.
